Kick off the New Year to a great start!  Vendors will be set up offering information and resources to help you stick to not only your nutrition and fitness goals for the new year and beyond but also your overall wellness from financial to educational,

Your partners in health will be set up offering a variety of health and wellness resources for the entire family! 

Re-Pack the Back Pack with UniCare Health Plan

UniCare Health Plan of WV will be Re-Packing the backpacks of local school students during the event and teaming up with the American Heart Association's Art Contest where students from Cabell County Schools will be displaying art projects for the community to vote on!  Winners will be announced towards the end of the event with the top prize being a bike and runner up prizes will include art supplies!  

Mindful Mile Walker Program

Mall walking has always been a main stay for many people not wanting the weather to stand in the way of their health goals. In 2023, we are starting a new walking program that will encourage walkers to be mindful of their fitness journey and reward them in 2024 when they walk  500 miles in the mall in 2023!  One mall walker will win a $500 Huntington Mall Gift Card! 

2000 steps = 1 mile

1 complete walk around the mall = 1 mile

1,000,000 steps = 500 miles WHICH could = $500!
