Marshall University has joined the United States Health Promoting Campuses Network (US HPCN), underscoring its dedication to student well-being. This initiative champions mental and physical health across universities nationwide, aiming to keep health as a central focus at Marshall.

Brea Belville, the Student Body President, expressed pride in the achievement: “I am incredibly proud of the work we've done as a campus community to join the United States Health Promoting Campuses Network. This achievement represents the collective efforts of students, faculty, and staff to ensure that every Marshall student has access to the resources and support they need to thrive, both academically and personally. Our campus will continue to be a place where health and wellness are central to our mission, long after my tenure as student body president.”

US HPCN serves as a national platform promoting comprehensive health and well-being initiatives. Through this membership, Marshall University gains access to resources and strategies aimed at enhancing student health at all levels.

Representing the university at the network's monthly meetings will be Anna Holstein, a student and SGA member, alongside Emalee Park, the wellness coordinator at Marshall's Wellness Center.
