Marshall University is welcoming first-year students today as Move-In 2024 commences. Approximately 2,100 students are expected to reside in the university's residence halls this year, with nearly 600 moving in today. Another move-in day for first-year students is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 14, while upper-class students will move in later this week.
The annual Week of Welcome (WOW) also begins today, featuring activities designed to help students transition into college life. A list of WOW events is available here.
Classes for the fall term are set to begin on Monday, Aug. 19.
