Huntington City Council will conduct a special call meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in City Council chambers at City Hall, 800 5th Ave.
The purpose of the meeting is to interview applicants and vote to appoint one of the applicants to the vacant District 9 City Council seat.
The meeting will be streamed live on the "City of Huntington, WV" Facebook page and broadcast live on channel 24 for Comcast cable subscribers.
