Graduates earn 32 degrees from Strayer University-West Virginia

About 65.6 percent of the 32 degrees and certificates handed out by Strayer University-West Virginia in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Depot conferred 11 bachelor's degrees and 5 associate's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business/commerce. Data shows the school gave out 8 bachelor's degrees in general business/commerce, followed by 5 associate's degrees in general business/commerce and 3 bachelor's degrees in accounting and business/management.

The university enrolled 221 students for 2017-18, including 205 in undergraduate programs and 16 in graduate programs.
