Notice of Public Comment Period
Putnam County Health Department Updated Permit Fees
The Putnam County Board of Health is accepting comments on proposed revisions to the Putnam County Health Department’s permit fees. The Board of Health has agreed to match its current fee schedule with the state allowable rates based upon the passing of an amendment to the existing legislative rule Title 64, Series 30, 64CSR30, Fees for Permits. This was passed by the WV State Legislature on March 05, 2020, filed 4-15-2020.
Written comments may be sent to: Putnam County Board of Health, PO Box 892, Winfield WV 25213 or by e-mail to putnamlhd@wv.gov. For additional information on the proposed revisions, you may visit the Putnam County Health Department’s web site at www.pchdwv.org. All comments must be postmarked or received through e-mail by October 17, 2022 in order to be considered by the Board of Health.
