Coming off a 26-12 victory over James Madison University, the Marshall University football team (4-3, 1-2 Sun Belt) hosts the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (6-1, 3-1 Sun Belt) Saturday night at Joan C. Edwards Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. for Marshall's 121st Homecoming Football Game.

Saturday will mark the 121st homecoming game in Marshall football history. The Thundering Herd are 67-45-8 all-time on Homecoming Saturday.
PRE-GAME NOTES
Marshall enters Saturday's game with a 4-3 record (1-2 Sun Belt). Head Coach Charles Huff's side is coming off a 26-12 win over JMU. Sixth-year senior Khalan Laborn surpassed the 1,000 yard rushing mark after his 151 yards on 30 carries and two touchdowns in the victory.
Redshirt junior Owen Porter led the defense with nine tackles and a forced fumble. The Huntington native had 4.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks, earning Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week honors.
