Census Bureau: More women than men in Hurricane in 2020

Of the 6,225 people living in Hurricane in 2020, 58.1 percent (3,616) were women and 41.9 percent (2,609) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Huntington Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 641. In the 65 and over age range, there were 787 females and 381 males.
