Laban Wins 1650-Yard Freestyle on Final Day of MVC Championships

he Marshall University swimming and diving team closed out the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in sixth place with 791 points.

Eszter Laban started out the evening session by winning the 1650-Yard Freestyle with a time of 16:50.40.

Mia McBride finished ninth in the 200-Yard Backstroke with a time of 2:00.88. The time places her eighth in program history in the event.
